My son phoned after he got a letter after using the crossing in March only got the PCN 3 weeks ago so he phoned and paid he now has a letter demanding 105 for non-payment, he phoned again and was told they can do nothing about it and he will have to appeal. ! and that having been used to pay as you go for years just using the tunnel a few times a year, remembering to pay after the event is something that is easy to forget.
